I don’t know how often I need to remind myself of this but the more I try to take control, the more things fall apart!
It’s crazy but true. I keep having to find out that submitting to God is the only way to succeed. The more I submit to God the less out of control my life is. It’s like Proverbs 3:5-6 are true! (Oh wait, they ARE true)
It’s important to note that life isn’t guaranteed to get better. In fact, if we start living like God and caring about what He cares about, people start to get uncomfortable. True Christianity is counter-cultural because it tells us that we should seek after God with everything we have and we should love those around us as ourselves.
